PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, and PayU. The full amount will be charged upon purchase confirmation. All prices include applicable VAT, and any shipping fees will be added at checkout based on the delivery address. ADAMO Perfume reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We do not deliver to all countries. For a list of countries where delivery is unavailable, please contact info@adamoperfume.com. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. ADAMO Perfume cannot estimate these fees in advance.
We deliver products according to the delivery option selected by the customer. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. While we aim to deliver within 3-8 working days from the date of purchase, we cannot guarantee these timeframes.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact. Returns are not accepted if labels or packaging are removed or damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ADAMO Perfume will not compensate for items lost during return shipping. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product, and any duties or taxes will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items may be exchanged for the same product or refunded within 14 days of receipt.
VIOLATION OF TERMS
ADAMO Perfume reserves the right to seek all available remedies in law and equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including blocking access to the site. Individuals violating password-protected areas of the site may be subject to legal action.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of a Force Majeure, ADAMO Perfume’ obligations are postponed. The contract between you and ADAMO Perfume may be partially or fully terminated in the event of war, civil unrest, governmental action, strike, lockout, natural disasters, or similar events. Under such circumstances, ADAMO Perfume will strive to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE law. You agree that any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. You are responsible for complying with all local and international laws and regulations when using our website.
